Is IKain account free?
Yes.
Can a person register for multiple IKain accounts?
Yes. A person can register more than one IKain accounts, provided that he/she uses distinct username and email address for each account.
How to register an IKain account?
Following are the steps:
1. Go to IKain's website (http://www.ikain.com), and click the Signup link at the upper right corner.
2. On the signup page, please fill in the information for the required fields (indicated by a *).
The signup process includes four sections: Basic Info, Contact Info, Education, and Experience. Only the Basic Info section is required. The other sections are optional and can be added/edited later.
Please note:
. username and email address must be unique.
. username, email address, and currency cannot be edited after initial signup.
Payment password is used for protecting your virtual IKain Bank account. It should be set to be different from your IKain user account password. You may elect to set up your Payment Password later when you first manage your IKain Bank account.

To create an IKain account successfully, you have to read and agree to IKain's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at http://www.ikain.com/ikainTerms.html.

What should I do if I forget my username?
On the Login page, click the "Forgot your username or password?" link. On the next page, provide the email address associated with your IKain account and click "Submit". The system will send you an email with your IKain username immediately. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam mail folders to see if an email from IKain Support has been accidentally placed there.

How to prevent your IKain account from being hacked?
IKain use secure http links wherever sensitive user information may be exposed. Meanwhile, to better protect your IKain account, please follow the suggestions below:
1. Avoid logging in from computers at unsecure locations such as internet cafes. These computers may have malicious programs installed to record your login information.
2. Make sure your computer has anti-virus software and appropriate firewall settings. You should check and update these programs and settings regularly.
3. Before logging in, make sure the website address is correct (https://www.ikain.com/login.html). A hacker may have set up a fake IKain website with the sole purpose to steal your username and password.
4. Avoid using passwords that are too easy to guess. It is also recommended to change your password every once a while.
5. If you are aware of any irregularity with your IKain account, please inform IKain Customer Support immediately.
