You can make deposit to your virtual IKain Bank account by bring cashes/checks to IKain's customer support staff who will deposit the equivalent amount into your IKain Bank account. As soon as the deposit appears in your IKain Bank account, you can use it to make reservations for services.

This is a faster and more convenient way to add cash to your IKain Bank account. The deposited amount will be immediately available after the transaction is confirmed.

For users who have selected Chinese Yuan (RMB) as their currency, IKain provides integration with the third-party "Alipay" as the online banking tool which supports transactions with the majority of banks in China.

For users whose preferred currency is US dollar, IKain delegates the online bank transactions to Authorized.net which is a popular solution among many online websites. IKain users can make deposits/withdrawals via either "IKain Secure Payment" or "Authorize.net Secure Payment". With "IKain Secure Payment", a user does not need to leave IKain's website in order for the transaction to be processed. On the other hand, "Authorize.net Secure Payment" will redirect the user to Authorize.net's secure online transaction webpage. No matter which method you choose, you should be able to immediately see the newly deposited amount in your IKain Bank account after a confirmed successful transaction.

IKain offers some special promotions every once a while. If you are lucky, you will receive a certain amount of credit automatically deposited into your IKain Bank account. These credits can only be used to pay for services listed in IKain's marketplace and cannot be cashed out.

For accounts that have Chinese RMB as the preferred currency, please provide IKain with your personal bank account information and the amount you would like to withdraw from your IKain Bank accout. IKain will transfer the requested amount into your personal bank account within 5 business days. A five Chinese Yuan transaction fee will be charged against your IKain Bank account for each withdrawal.

For accounts whose preferred currency is US Dollar, the user can make withdrawals directly through IKain's secure website without being charged a transaction fee.
