Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Sales will primarily be responsible for the management of all sales, advocacy and service as well as activities for all company products within the U.S. In addition, the Director will be an active member of the senior management and strategic planning team.

The Director of Sales will develop a sales strategy and marketing plan to meet aggressive corporate growth and profitability goals. The incumbent will act as a change agent for improving forecasting and sales force performance, presentations, and the reporting process. Manage and develop the sales organization currently in place and, where needed, drive the upgrading of the sales organization in the US. Coordinate field activity to maximize sales efficacy.

Evaluate, and modify where necessary, the company's existing sales and commission plans to conform to the market conditions as appropriate. This activity will include analyze pricing, company positioning, reimbursement, competitive positioning, and field data analysis.

IKain is looking for native English speakers to provide online Conversational English tutoring. The students are grade-level to college-level students in China. The starting salary is $12/hr for 1-on-1 classes. You can earn a much higher rate (up to $30/hr) after we assign you group teaching classes. You will work from your home, at your desired time. You need to:

1. Have a computer/laptop with webcam.

2. Have broadband Internet access.

3. Be fluent in English.

4. Be patient, and enjoy teaching.

1. Registration: Go to www.ikain.com and register an account.

2. Advertisement: Set up your personal advertisement under Advertisement, select the category of English->Conversation/Speaking English.

3. Schedule: Publish your availability schedule. Remember, China is 16hrs ahead of us. Our early morning hours is China's late evening, and our afternoon and evening hours are good times for Chinese students.

4. Check email: students who reserve your hours will send you an email to remind you about the classes.

5. Virtual Office: this is where you deliver lectures and talk to students face-to-face.

6. Account: here is where you check how much money you have earned, and ask for payment checks.
