Simulated Office Environment: The Host is able to control access to the VOffice. The Host's status (In, Out, or Busy) can be visible to any visitor on the webpage. Through options such as requiring visitors to "knock" or have a password, the Host can control admission to the VOffice.The Host can have private meetings with individual users, small group meetings, or large-scale webinar style broadcasted meeting.
Integrated Features: IKain Virtual Office Suite contains real-time video conferencing, interactive webinar capability, video recording and playing, slide show presentation, virtual whiteboard, file exchange, text messaging, and more. More importantly, it integrates them into a coherent application suite.
1. 1-on-1 or small-group meeting: hosting live meetings among people scattered around the world.
2. Video/Audio: office host can play video/audio files while others can watch and listen. Video recordings can be made.
3. Slide shows: office host can perform slide shows while others can watch.
4. Text messaging: all members can exchange messages, and/or have private text chat.
5. Whiteboard: host and guests can all use and share the same whiteboard.
6. File sharing and exchange: host can upload files to be shared, or send files to others.
VOffice 2.0 New Feature
Live Webinar: In the newly released VOffice 2.0, an "Interactive Webinar" function is added. It allows thousands of users to attend a live, online seminar. While being broadcasted live, the Host can play powerpoint files and video files. He can also record the entire meeting. With the Host's permission, a single user can be granted live-interaction access and be viewed by all attendees, just like the Host. This interactive feature is especially useful for the Question and Answering session.
